Recovery advocacy is a personal responsibility. Those individuals in long-term recovery must speak out so that others can have access to treatment and recovery support services. Funding to these services continues to be disproportionally cut in Ohio. Ron Morgan gave testimony before the Ohio Senate Finance & Appropriations Committee.
